Student must enter the PG Premises latest by 10:30 pm in case of delay they must inform the PG warden.

All the paying guests are requested to maintain the discipline of the PG.
No loud music is allowed inside the PG.
Candidate should ensure light, fan, gas, AC and geyser are off before leaving the room. Water and electricity wastage should be avoided. In case of violation appropriate fine will be imposed.
In case if the guest misbehaves with any other flat member in the said building or if there is any complaint with any flat owner makes against any guest action would be taken.
Consumption of alcohol/smoking is strictly prohibited and in case if it is found that any guest is involved in any such activity strict action will be taken against them.
It is desired that all valuables including mobile, camera, laptops, other electronics devices and cash should be kept under locked condition, this responsibility lies with the student. No claims against the P.G. owner or other members will be entertained.
Ragging is prohibited inside the PG premises, in case if any guest is found doing this, strict action would be taken against them, and the same would be informed to the parents of the guest / University and College authorities, Police station and Work space.
No pets are allowed inside the PG.
No friends are allowed to stay in the PG room at night, in case of violation stay would be terminated.
Kitchen given is for only respective inmates of the P.G home for light refreshment cooking only self-utilized utensils must be cleaned on time and for throwing garbage must have to use dustbin.
No parties are allowed in P.G house.
Electronic oven, electric heater, cooler, and other heavy electronic items which are not provided by the PG are not permitted, fine will be charged without prior permission.
Different gender inside the PG is strictly prohibited and punishable.
Damaging of any product which is provided by the PG owner is highly offensive and appropriate fine will be imposed (will deduct from your deposit Or changed directly)
Each guest should ensure that they have locked their room before leaving the P.G
Utensil, cleaning detergent and other personal hygiene product have to carry by the guest itself.
Mobile application must be with you while having meal.
Cancellation of fooding request is prohibited.
You must have to pay the rent by 4th day of every month in advance if you failed to pay then rupees 100 will be charged per day as fine.
Prior notice of two months must be provided in written format by the guest before leaving the PG after the locked period of 11 months (security deposit is non-refundable up to 11 months). You may apply it our official mobile application.
Receipt of security deposit must be submitted to the authority during refund.
No medical facilities are provided by the PG authorities but in case of emergency you can contact PG authority as soon as possible.
If you failed Ito pay by 10th offer month then your food services will automatically stopped. You will loose the access of application. It will reopen only after the meal payments with additional fine.
Your fooding timing for lunch 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Your meal timing for dinner (8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.)
Meal will be provided based on your attendance given by you in prior via our mobile application
You must have to scan your code to the counter before having meal on canteen. In case of delivery you have to show QR to our delivery partners.
You have to carry your own lunch box in case of packing.
Your meal will given to you only not any other’s hand.
Security Deposit will be returned only after checking everything in the time of leaving. It will not adjusted with last month of rent.
Your rent may increased by 5% during the new agreement but if it is changed you will be notified 3 months prior.
The right to revise/modify the rules rests with PG authority.
